    Description

    This unusual apron was purchased in the mid 1980's and has been part of my personal collection of world textiles. It is quite elaborate using handwoven fabric in a complex weave with the iconic Guatemalan machine embroidery over the weaving. This beautiful apron even includes a side pocket with a zipper. It has never been used.
